Nice to have you back! I made the picture bigger on the blog and I'll send you the others I have privately. And of course I don't mind sharing info -- we all have our own clients to make happy, no? For this finish, I actually use no glazes since they take too long to dry. I am constantly tweaking and needing to find the right balance, so I can't have anything that doesn't dry relatively quickly. One thing: looks easy but you'll spend a lot of time working it so give yourself some extra time for that. I did a post on this finish a little bit ago -- just search for "waterfalls" and you'll see a few other references. The most pictures of this finish are under a post called "Chasing Waterfalls".
