Colors to Go at a Glance
Well, we are still here in lovely Tallahassee, FL working on a beautiful restaurant.? There is ostrich skin, Venetian plaster, a lovely LusterLeaf finish and a beautiful silver leaf dome right near the entrance.? It’s been exhilarating working on such lovely finishes — I’ll have pics soon.
In the meantime, I did want to post up a quick pic that I’ve been meaning to share.? We were recently taking inventory our studio and Monica Zeuli came up with a great way to arrange our Sherwin-Williams Colors to Go containers.? I have quite a few of them and have bought duplicates because I don’t know what I have.? She took a Sharpie and just wrote down the paint number and name down the side.? Now, I can easily look through them and see if I have the base color I need.? Thought I’d share…

I love the idea of organized color. It’s so inspiring to see everything lined up. We did a similar thing but put a dab of the paint on each of the pots. Sometimes you walk into the color library and start seeing whole new exciting combos!!!

The best thing is the way you can easily move them around in stacks of three to find what you’re looking for. I find colors so much faster and easier now.
